The 2007 Humdinger RV Extravaganza was a huge success!
Chef Paul Lucas Paterson dazzled the crowds with his cooking show - From shopping bags to a five course meal served on a cedar plank in one hour, all cooked on the COBB!


Paula Olsen also performed her magic, cooking her amazing Thai chicken curry; West Coast Salmon and Cinnamon Buns.

Don Genova, well known food journalist from CBC Radio and Television hosted the cooking seminar and cooked some of his amazing dishes on the Cobb during the Humdinger RV Extravaganza, March 16-19, 2006

Ron "Rockin Ronnie" Shewchuck cooked up one amazing dish after the other at the "Great Cooking on the Go" cooking seminar (Early Bird RV Show - Feb 2-5, 2006).
