Return Policy
You may return a Cobb Cooking System sold on Cobbcanada.ca within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling. The Cobb Cooking System must be returned at the customers expense with all of the included components as received, to qualify for a refund. All accessories and replacement parts are only valid for return for refund excluding shipping and handling if there are returned unused together with all of the original packaging and contents. All returns must be requested either by telephone or in writing and you must receive a return authorization prior to returning any item. We will not process any refunds if an item is received without authorization. Refunds will only be processed upon full receipt of the authorized return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund only in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Warranty
The Cobb Cooking System, Wok and Skillet Accessory Set and the Cobb Cooking System replacement parts have a 2-year limited replacement warranty. The warranty of the replacement of these parts is limited to regular wear and tear and normal use. Reasonable wear and tear and normal use are defined within this web site in the "About" and "F.A.Q" (Frequently Asked Questions) sections and the literature that is shipped together with the Cobb Cooking System which includes correct operating instructions and caring for your Cobb. Regular use and reasonable wear and tear are considered as use, handling and cleaning of your Cobb Cooking System. Cobb Canada makes no express warranty both written and to any other products sold on Cobbcanada.ca that is not listed above.

Shipping, Shipping Rates and Order Change Policies
All product ordered on the Cobb Canada website (www.cobbcanada.ca) will be shipped with 48 working hours from the time your order is placed and payment approval has been received. Ordered items are usually shipped within 24 hours of your order. If you need to make a change to your order, you will need to contact Cobb Canada customer service directly at (604) 430-5932. As long as your order from Cobbcanada.ca has not yet entered the shipping process, you can change the details. If your order has entered the shipping process, you will not be able change your order in any way. Shipping is calculated on product weight according to UPS rates and includes a shipping and handling charge. Standard available shipping options are UPS 3 day select & UPS ground. If you would like to use alternate shipping methods such as Canada Post, FedEx or other services, please contact Cobb Canada by email or telephone prior to placing an order.
